GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY

All stained glass is hand crafted by the artist and is of first quality.  If not, we will replace them or refund your purchase price.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE INVOICE

CONTACT US FIRST BY EMAIL, FAX OR PHONE TO LET US KNOW WHAT YOU ARE RETURNING AND WHY.

IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF CANADA, MARK THE PARCEL "GOODS RETURNED TO VENDOR"

All items returned must be in good condition, unless the item is being returned because of a defect, or damage.

You may elect to have a refund, or we will give you a credit on another order. The choice is yours. If you purchased the goods by VISA or MasterCard, then refunds are credited to the original credit card number which was used to purchase the goods.
