Canadian customers can pay by VISA, MasterCard, money order, personal cheque, or bank draft.

If you are from outside of Canada, we ask that all payments be made only by Visa or MasterCard.

TO ORDER .....

1. Surface Mail - Please submit your order on paper, via surface mail. Print out and complete the Order Form and make sure that you  include  your name, address, phone number, and method of payment.
Please indicate the best time to call you, if we need to contact you concerning your order.

2.  Phone - Please have your order ready.  Phone orders must be paid for by VISA or MasterCard.

OR

3.  Fax - OUR FAX NUMBER IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF ORDER UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Print out and complete the Order Form and make sure that you  include  your name, address, phone number. Fax orders must be paid for by VISA or MasterCard.
Please indicate the best time to call you, if we need to contact you concerning your order. Fax your order to the number indicated below.

4.  e-mail  - If ordering by e-mail, you must pay by VISA or MasterCard.  You may attach the order form to your email or include all the information requested on the order form.  We will phone you in the time frame indicated to get your VISA # and expiry date rather than have you include them on the e-mail.

Please note that the most economical method of shipping is by mail. Within Canada shipments by mail usually take from 3 to 12 days. Shipments to the USA usually take from 7 to 21 days.
